Dr. Dean McNeel received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Sam Houston University, his Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio, completed a two-year General Practice Residency at Charity Hospital in New Orleans in 1993, and received his Certificate in Prosthodontics from Louisiana State University Dental Division in 1995.   He opened Ozark Prosthodontics in Fayetteville, Arkansas in January 1996.

Ozark Prosthodontics operates both a clinic and full-service laboratory, as well as offers the only Pre-Dental Internship in the State.  The clinic and the laboratory incorporate many types of precision technologies including digital impressions, Cone Beam CAT Scans,   CAD/CAM Systems, and surgical systems for implant planning and placement.   The on-site laboratory offers the skill and expertise of Craig Nalbone, MDT and Luke Hasewaga, CDT, Oral Design Member.   

  

Dr. McNeel has been using NobelGuide exclusively on all implant cases since 2005.    Most recently he was part of the worldwide Nobel Guide, Nobel Active PreLaunch, and Nobel Clinician.  

 

In addition to his passion for his work, Dr. McNeel enjoys duck hunting, fishing, cooking, fine wine, and cheering on the Razorbacks.  One of Dr. McNeel’s  more interesting “out of office” accomplishments is that he climbed Mt. Hood, one of the top 10 Wonders of the West. 

 

Dr. McNeel and wife, Lori, have two children;  Maggie and Hayden.
